PowerQ was part of the Commissioning Team for Integrated Luxury Resort, Singapore project. This integrated resort is located in Central Singapore.
We had performed the mechanical T&C works to the MBS representative’s satisfaction.
Post completion: We are continuously providing services to client to optimize their systems’ performances.
Since August 2009, PowerQ has been involved in HVAC Testing and Commissioning in the following areas:
PowerQ had provided calibrated instruments and experience team of Engineers, Project/Document Controller and Technicians to test thousands of equipment. We had performed T&C of more than 1000 powered equipment comprising of life safety system; such as staircase pressurization, exhaust ventilation, IAQ system for casino, AHU and FCU system for hotels, casino and retail area. PowerQ was part of the commissioning team lead by MBS and its consultants.
The fine-tuning of T&C work continued till early year 2011. PowerQ is ensuring to provide a comfortable, safe and efficient facility.
