Since first quarter of year 2008 to early 2010, client had continuously engaged PowerQ’s services to provide HVAC commissioning and validation services for its Greenfield Biological Vaccine Plant located in Singapore.
PowerQ supported by equipping the project with trained engineers and instruments for indoor environmental system test used for commissioning and validation of plant parameters. PowerQ team conscientiously assisted to perform tests, adjust and test the production building and performed dynamic commissioning of HVAC and control system for plant. These works comprises of several large buildings. The operation encompass production accurate test record as per GDP for further GMP and FDA verification.
Our project team put in effort in overnight shift for several months to perform tests during the operation hours when there was minimum personnel in the plant. PowerQ had successfully completed the commissioning of the Biologicals Vaccine Plant, Singapore.
