QA/QC Assistant

Position Title: QA/QC Assistant

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Address to internal works and process non-conformances
  • To execute and monitor engineering works and reports in accordance with the standards
  • Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action
  • Identify complaints on quality of engineering reports, conduct investigation, analysis, resolve quality problems, follow-up on corrective and preventive action
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure complaints on quality problems are resolved effectively
  • Assist Project Managers in planning and managing of projects
  • Other functions such as filing management, quality inspection, support the overall productivity goals, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Polytechnic Diploma in Business Management/Administration with minimum 2 years of work experience. Preferable with work experience in industries such as pharmaceutical, engineering, construction or engineering consultancy.

Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Office such as Word,Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
