Address to internal works and process non-conformances
To execute and monitor engineering works and reports in accordance with the standards
Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action
Identify complaints on quality of engineering reports, conduct investigation, analysis, resolve quality problems, follow-up on corrective and preventive action
Coordinate with project managers to ensure complaints on quality problems are resolved effectively
Assist Project Managers in planning and managing of projects
Other functions such as filing management, quality inspection, support the overall productivity goals, and perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Polytechnic Diploma in Business Management/Administration with minimum 2 years of work experience. Preferable with work experience in industries such as pharmaceutical, engineering, construction or engineering consultancy.
Skills and Abilities
Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Office such as Word,Excel, Powerpoint.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
