The E House contractor has installed HVAC packages on Ehouse and was concerned about high vibration level before starting up the system. The contractor SPL has commissioined PowerQ to perform vibration measurement at Compressor and AHU compare against benchmarks and advise practical solutions to mitigate the impending problem.
Our enginners reviewed the installtion drawing, alignment and factory report and conducted Vibration verification measurement on AHU and Chiller Compressor and Wall Mounted Condenser Axial Fans at following location :
Compressor
Condenser Fans
AHU blower
The result of measuremnt was use to mitigate the excessive vibration levels and helped to avid any failure of critical system while the vessel is performing offshore production.
