Designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid Ltd, UK, Chennai Tech Park is located in Ambattur Chennai. PowerQ was contracted to perform a feasibility study and design Integrated IBMS including chiller and security system. This 2 million sq feet IT space is located in 3 towers. The goal of this project was to provide reliable controls solutions that can be remotely monitored and utilized to reduce energy consumption base-wide. The overall system is connected to the TAC BMS. This allows the Facility Managers to have monitoring and control capabilities from a remote central operator workstation.
